Well first of all you will need a hitleap account, here: Hitleap
when you have joined you would log in and start traffic exchange and rack up minutes just click traffic exchange and start it and minimize it leave it on for as long as you want and if you download the application they have you can gain 70% of 100 min (you get 70 minutes per 100 minutes) 80% if your lite premium.

(To reduce chances of ban buy premium, premium is only 3 euros (4.04 USD) and use anonymous, also try and set it to go ever 10-15 seconds in range i do 100 hits per hours to limit it so its not like a million people looking at it)

Next you will need an adfoc.us account here: Adfocus
